Refund Policy

Due to the nature and cost of our classes we are unable to offer at anytime and for any reason refunds, exchanges or transfers in the event that you are dissatisfied with your program or changed your mind. We work hard to keep our rates low and affordable, and changing our policy would force us to increase our rates. We are not a big chain. Organizing classes demands tremendous amount of effort and energy so we hope that our students understand our point of view. Students who register to a class should be motivated and feel committed. We treat our students with respect and hope that they will respect our work in return. Registering to a class implies that our policy has been agreed on.
